A new performance record has been set in the APL

The English Premier League has set a new record for the period when 20 teams started to take part in the tournament (since 1995).

In the current English Premier League, 1,096 goals have already been scored, which is a new record high. The previous record was 1084 goals - it was set at the end of last season.

At the same time, the championship of England of the current season is not over, there are still 45 matches left to play. At the current rate of performance (an average of 3.26 goals per game), a total of 1,335 goals will be scored by the end of the tournament.

We should add that the most productive team of the current APL season is Arsenal, which scored 82 goals in 34 matches. And Sheffield United have conceded the most - 92 goals.
