- In 2013, you moved to Russian Rostov on loan. Did you have doubts about the transfer?

- Of course, I did not want to leave Lviv, but there was such a situation in Karpaty. Then all the players were put up for transfer because of the failed season, emotions played an important role, so I decided to leave Karpaty for the season.

- How did they treat you in Russia, did they call you a Banderaite?

- I don`t remember Bandera, but they often called me a khokhl.

- After your return to Karpaty, you were not "poisoned" so kindly in the team?

- No, they did not. Russia took Crimea away from us at that time, so we didn`t talk about them much in Karpaty.

- You won your only trophy in your career with Rostov - the Cup of Russia. Can you say that you do not regret your transition?

- If I knew and studied history well, I would never have gone to Russia. Now I regret that I was in Rostov.

- Is there anything left from this final? Where is the medal of the winner of the Russian Cup?

- Somewhere in Ukraine, I don't know exactly where. Perhaps I hid it somewhere or it was lost at home.

- Did you communicate with any of your former teammates from Russia after the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine?

- No, I have not communicated with anyone.
