I remember that in the summer of 1979, Valerii Lobanovskyi was preparing the Ukrainian national team to participate in the USSR Spartakiad, and we had a ten-day training camp in Yalta. At that time, I trained together with many legendary Dynamo players who had won the UEFA Cup and UEFA Super Cup four years earlier. "Although the authors of that triumph, Fomenko and Reshko, left Dynamo, Konkov, Kolotov, Buryak, Blokhin, and Veremeev remained. I played with them in the team.
