Anatolii Demianenko: "Andriy Shevchenko called me, we settled the misunderstanding"

Recently, information appeared on the Internet that former UAF Vice President Anatoliy Demyanenko was not allowed to enter the Football House. A FootBoom journalist called Anatoliy Vasylovych to find out the details of the incident.

- Indeed, I recently had an unpleasant situation when I drove up to the Football House and started to park in my usual spot, and a security guard came up to me and told me that it was forbidden to park there. I didn't argue, turned around and found a place nearby, where I left the car. Later, the UAF president Andriy Shevchenko called me, apologised and explained that there had been a misunderstanding. The issue was quickly resolved.

- Was it a security guard who worked at the UAF under your leadership, or a new person?

- No, it was someone new whom I hadn't seen before. Perhaps they didn't recognise me and thought I was not here on business.

- So this scandalous story can be put to rest?

- It was a misunderstanding that Andrey Nikolayevich and I quickly resolved. There are no problems.

- What are you doing now?

- As they say, I'm on a sabbatical, but I'm ready for any new challenges in my work.
