As Dynamo.kiev.ua has learnt from sources close to the UAF, from the new season in Ukrainian football there will be an innovation: an additional substitution in case a player has received a concussion.
The relevant update has already been issued by IFAB (an organisation that deals with the maintenance and regulation of the rules of football) and sent it out with a recommendation to implement it in all football associations.
It should be added that this additional substitution will be available outside the basic five substitutions currently available to each team during the course of a match, and thus could become the sixth.
