Congratulating you on your anniversary, I pay tribute to a truly outstanding manager and organiser - a man passionately committed to his work, who is worthily responsible for the smooth running of football processes in the Ukrainian capital.
Kyiv football has a solid and fertile foundation - an extensive system of amateur and youth competitions, involving dozens of clubs and thousands of active players, coaches and referees. All of this diverse economy is being carefully managed by the city Football Association under your sensitive and visionary leadership.
Despite the brutal "tripping" in the past from football's hapless functionaries, your organisation has been and remains an example for others. And your personal efforts in the football field are a model of efficiency, consistency and patriotism.
In these chestnut-May days, I wish you, dear jubilee, as well as all of us, a speedy victory for Ukraine in the bloody war, and then - a peaceful sky, happiness, harmony and comfort in the circle of family, friends and relatives.
