Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Oleksandr Andrievsky spoke about the team's preparations for the match of the 27th round of the Ukrainian championship against Kolos Kovaliv, which will take place this Sunday in the capital.

- In general, I liked the game. We won 3-0 and didn't concede. Yes, it was hard, because the opponent defended with the whole team, so we didn't have many chances. But, in principle, we fulfilled the task.
- In such a situation, it is important to score the first goal, which will force the opponent to open up?
- Yes, it is. Then we have free areas, and then it becomes a little easier. That's how it happened, after the first goal we scored the second and third, eventually winning.
- Recently, you have been playing in the main line-up, but missed the last match. What was the reason for that?
- It was the coach's decision. Thank God, everything is fine with my health.
- Are you more nervous watching from the bench?
- Yes, you don't feel the same excitement on the pitch. When you come out in the line-up, there is a certain nervousness before the match, but it disappears in the game.
- The Ukrainian championship is in the home stretch. What do you expect from the final rounds?
- Only victories. We have to take the maximum and we are counting only on the championship.
- Will the fate of the championship be decided in the match against Shakhtar?
- Every match is important - both with Shakhtar and Kolos.
- The next match is against Kovalivka. What do you think of your future opponent, what did you remember about the previous match with them?
- A very good selection of players, they play well in defence. As far as I remember, they conceded the fewest goals among all the teams. So we are expecting a difficult game, so we are seriously preparing for this match.
- What do you need to do to avoid unpleasant surprises, like in the first round when we drew 1-1?
- The coaching staff will definitely tell us how to act to avoid the same mistakes. If we follow the set-up, we will succeed.
- Kolos have drawn a lot of games this season...
- Yes, they concede few goals, but they also score few. Hence the results.
- Tell us about today's training session: how did it go, what did you do?
- As usual, we are preparing for the match against Kolos. The loads are not heavy, as we had a match the day before yesterday and the next one the day after tomorrow.
- Given that you play twice a week, do you make any adjustments to your training?
- Yes, of course, the workload is much less than when we play once a week. In general, training is purely for emotions, plus we work tactically.
- When the team wins, is the mood in the team good even without that?
- Of course. Everyone is happy and the atmosphere is very good.
