Betis midfielder Isco has been named the Spanish league player of the month.
In the voting, the 32-year-old was ahead of Iago Aspas (Celta), Vinicius Junior (Real Madrid), Youssef El Nesiri (Sevilla) and Savio (Girona). In April, Isco scored one goal and one assist, and his Betis team won the matches against Celta (2-1) and Valencia (2-1), and drew with Sevilla (1-1).
