Myron Markevych: "We need serious reinforcement to play in the UPL. Personnel changes in Karpaty will be significant"

The 7th round in the Champion's group of the first league started with a match in Sumy, where Karpaty failed to defeat local Viktoriya 0-0. By the way, this match lasted a total of four hours due to the air raid. Head coach of Lviv Myron Markevych told what prevented the Green-Whites from achieving a winning result:

"I am not satisfied with the result. We dictated the conditions, especially in the second half, but the chances were hard to come by. For the sake of justice it should be said that although the stadium in Sumy is good, but the pitch is hard, lumpy. It is difficult to stop the ball on such a pitch, and even more difficult to combine.

There are no complaints about the dedication of the charges, but the level of skill raises questions. To play in the UPL we need serious reinforcement. That is why the personnel changes in Karpaty will be significant. I am disappointed with the players playing on loan. Especially Arielson", - said Markevych.
