In June, the Ukrainian Olympic team will take part in an international U-23 tournament in France. It will be the 50th anniversary edition of this competition.
The tournament will be attended by 10 teams divided into two groups. In the first stage, Ruslan Rotan's wards will face Indonesia (replacing Egypt), Italy, Panama and Japan.
It should be noted that the future participants of the 2024 Olympics - Ukraine, France, and Japan - will play in the tournament. By the way, our team played an away friendly match with the latter in March (0:2). Indonesia may also play at the Games if it defeats Guinea in the intercontinental play-offs.
