Andriy Vorobey: "There is no favourite in the Shakhtar vs Dynamo match"

Former Ukraine forward Andriy Vorobey shared his expectations of the Ukrainian Premier League match between Shakhtar and Dynamo in an interview with the UPL.TV telegram channel.

- Given the form of the teams in recent matches, I expect a bright, productive and, above all, championship game. "Dynamo will play the football they have been showing in recent games - meaningful and attacking. However, Shakhtar will not close down either. I think the Miners will try to control the ball more and thus prevent the opposition from attacking.

- How would you assess Shakhtar's form?

- The team has gained good form. I am pleased that the new Brazilians have joined the team and are playing quality football.

- How much has Shovkovskyi's Dynamo changed compared to Lucescu's team?

- First of all, the guys have relieved themselves of the pressure and burden. They are not afraid to make mistakes, they look more relaxed and they are getting better.

- Can Dynamo beat Shakhtar?

- Yes, of course. Both teams are capable of beating each other. There is no obvious favourite.

- What game confrontations on the pitch could be key?

- The game of the middle lines, the central triangles. Sudakov-Bondarenko or Marlon and Stepanenko for Shakhtar. And Brazhko-Shaparenko-Buyalsky for Dynamo. Individual skill will be in the background. Both teams have enough individually strong players.

- Which of Shakhtar's players got in the best shape at the end of the season?

- Kevin is doing well. And as a striker, I would like to mention Sikan's performance. I like his performance and confidence. In Dynamo, I would like to mention Vanat, who is playing very good football now. Also Shaparenko and Brazhko. Shakhtar's coaching staff should pay a lot of attention to these players.
