According to The Times, German assistant Pep Linders has attracted the attention of Austrian Salzburg. Besiktas and Ajax are also interested in Linders' services.

It is worth noting that the coaching change may take place at a time when Salzburg is close to its first season in 11 years without the Austrian championship, which can be taken by Sturm Graz.
