According to the source, in order to establish a stable financial picture at the club, the club's management will have to sell its players for more than £100 million if it fails to generate additional profit after a possible entry into the English Premier League. Thus, the most popular player, midfielder Crisencio Summerville, may be the first to leave the team.

It is noted that the decision to sell expensive players can help cover Leeds' operating losses if the club does not receive promotion at the end of this season's Premier League season.
