Dynamo Kyiv's interest in the Colombian midfielder of Australian Central Coast Mariners Angel Torres, which was reported in April, has resulted in concrete steps aimed at the transfer of the 23-year-old winger.
According to the well-known Ukrainian TV commentator Igor Tsyganik, the Bilo-Syni are now negotiating the signing of Torres.

This means that if Dynamo agree with Torres on the terms of his personal contract, the footballer will be given to the Kyiv team for free.
