The 18-year-old missed his team's final league match on Friday, but he still remained in a comfortable first place in the scoring table with 24 goals.
His closest pursuer, Mykhailo Rasko of Polissia, is 10 goals behind.
Three more Dynamo players entered the top 10 scorers of the youth championship: Dmitry Kremchanin (13), Kirill Osipenko (10) and Vitaly Lobko (9).
