Yesterday's match of the 30th round of the Ukrainian championship between Rukh and Dynamo (1-2) was a special one for the Kyiv midfielder Oleksandr Karavayev.
The experienced footballer reached a grandmaster's milestone by playing the 400th match in his professional career for Ukrainian teams. Having made his debut in August 2012 with Sevastopol, Karavayev has played 257 matches in the UPL over almost 12 years, appeared 31 times in the Ukrainian Cup, 60 times in European competitions, won the country's Super Cup three times, and put on the national team shirt 49 times.
Oleksandr has played 182 matches for Dynamo since the 2019/2020 season, and has also played 30 games for Sevastopol and 188 matches for Zorya Luhansk.
