Rukh Lviv midfielder Oleh Fedor commented on his team's 1-2 defeat by Dynamo Kyiv in the final match of the 30th round of the Ukrainian championship.

The fact that the team fought for the top places was unexpected for everyone. But now we are disappointed because we failed to qualify for the European Cup.
Each of us hoped to get at least a draw in the match against Dynamo. This game was the culmination of our season and, unfortunately, we failed to secure the result we needed. But we can't focus on just one match, because over the course of the season Rukh lost points in matches where we couldn't afford to. It's a good lesson that you should give your best in every game, not to relax, because it can then be reflected in the final standings.
We understand that we need to prepare well for the next season and train even harder. We want to achieve high goals and show even better results," Fedir was quoted as saying by Rukh's official website.
