Al Nasr CEO Guido Fieinga has announced that the team's forward Cristiano Ronaldo will stay with the club for the next season.
After the defeat in the final of the Saudi Arabian King's Cup, the official told Sada Al-Mala'eib that the player would stay with the team for the next season.
"Cristiano Ronaldo will continue to work with Al Nasr. His blood has turned yellow (the main colour of the team's uniform is yellow - ed.)," Fiyenga said.
"Al Nasr lost to Al Hilal in the Cup final in a penalty shootout. The main game ended with a score of 1-1, and the Portuguese team lost in the penalty shootout - 4-5. After the game, the 39-year-old Portuguese laid down on the lawn and burst into tears. His teammates and club staff began to console him. The footballer left the pitch without calming down.
