Dnipro-1 midfielder Oleksandr Pikhalenok will still move to Dynamo Kyiv this summer, despite the "sticks in the wheels" on the part of Shakhtar Donetsk. This was stated by the famous Ukrainian TV commentator Viktor Vatsko.

However, confusion was caused by the clause of the agreement on Pikhalenka's transfer from Shakhtar to Dnipro-1 in 2021, according to which any offer that suits the Dnipro club for the midfielder must be shown to the Pitmen and they get the priority right to get Pikhalenka back on the same terms.
"Dnipro-1, fulfilling such a requirement of the contract, made Shakhtar an offer to Dynamo, and the Donetsk club responded by expressing their desire to return Pikhalenok. Except that the player himself flatly refused to return to this team.
- Pihalyonok will move to Dynamo. There is already an agreement between the clubs and there is a corresponding desire of the player himself, who did not want to move to Shakhtar - he wants to go to Dynamo, - said Vatsko in his author's program "Vatsko Live".
Thus, Pikhalenok may become the second reinforcement of Dynamo during the summer transfer campaign: yesterday the capital club announced the signing of midfielder Maxim Bragaru, whose previous team was Chornomorets Odessa.
