Vyacheslav Fridman, the commercial director of Dnipro-1, has confirmed the information that a transfer ban has been imposed on the Dnipro club.
He also added that the club is now closing this issue.
"This is the usual work of a soccer club during the war, when a difficult situation with finances. Everyone has difficulties - we solve the issue. It's not easy, it's not easy for anyone. If the club survives - there is nothing shameful about it," Friedman said.
