Napoli has announced the appointment of Antonio Conte as the team's new head coach.
It is reported that the parties signed a cooperation agreement that runs until June 30, 2027.
"I am very proud that Conte has become the new coach of Napoli. He is a top coach, a leader, and I am confident that together with him the club will be able to start the necessary reboot after we won the Scudetto last year. Today opens an important new chapter in the history of Napoli," said De Laurentiis, the club's president.
"Naples is a place of global importance. I am happy and excited about the idea of leading the Azzurri. I can promise you one thing: I will do everything possible for the growth of the team and the club. My commitment, along with that of my staff, will be complete," Conte said.
