Igor Surkis congratulated Ukrainian journalists on their professional holiday

On June 6, Ukraine celebrates its professional holiday, Journalist's Day. On this day in 1992, the Ukrainian Union of Journalists was included in the International Community of Journalists in Brussels. Dear journalists! On behalf of Dynamo Kyiv Football Club, I congratulate you on your professional holiday!

In today's world, it is hard to imagine a day without watching the news. This is how the morning begins and how the day ends. We live in a constant flow of information, share news with others, and news often affects not only our mood but also shapes public opinion.

Our country and our people are going through very difficult times, and the promptness of information and news can often save lives and help avoid another tragedy, which, unfortunately, is happening so much these days...

That is why it is difficult to overestimate the importance of your professional work - to convey truthful and timely information to people. Ukrainian journalists are always at the epicenter of events and tell about the exploits of the country's defenders, showing the horrors of war and bringing the whole truth about the war crimes of the aggressors to the whole world.

I sincerely thank each and every journalist for their hard work! On the day of your professional holiday, I wish you. I wish you creative inspiration, inexhaustible energy, faith in a bright future and, of course, the Victory we all look forward to and work for!

President of FC Dynamo Kyiv

Ihor Surkis
