Ronaldo: "I am proud to be the first player to play in 6 European Championships"

Portugal striker Cristiano Ronaldo is pleased to be playing at Euro 2024 at the age of 39.

"I am proud to be the first player to play in six European Championships. I am thrilled with this as it shows the longevity of my football career. However, this is only a chapter in Cristiano Ronaldo's contribution to football," the Portuguese told UEFA TV.

It is worth reminding that Cristiano's first European Championship was the 2004 tournament in Portugal, where he was recognized as the best young player.
