Germany's head coach Julian Nagelsmann became the youngest coach in the history of European Championship finals - 36 years and 327 days old.

Slovenia's Srecko Katanec was 36 years and 333 days old at the time of the 3:3 match with Serbia at Euro 2000, France's Michel Platini was 36 years and 355 days old at the time of the match with Sweden (1:1, Euro 1992), and the Dutchman Frank Rijkaard was 37 years and 255 days old in the 1:0 match with the Czech Republic at Euro 2000.

Mircea Lucescu is fifth on the list, 38 years and 321 days old at the time of the 1-1 match with Spain at Euro 1984.
