"We are all happy to start the Euros with a victory over such an opponent (over Belgium, 1:0 - ed.). But three points will probably not be enough for us to get out of the group. Therefore, our goal is to prepare well for the remaining two matches and approach them without the slightest underestimation of our opponents.
To be honest, I did not expect Ukraine's match with Romania to end with such a result. But the Romanians showed that they are a force to be reckoned with, and they are also a quality opponent. Everything is very confusing in this group.
The Ukraine national team lost in the first match, and this will be an additional irritant for them and additional motivation in the match with us. So we don't expect an easier game than in the match against Belgium. If we want to succeed, we will have to do at least the same thing again.
My father is Ukrainian, but I am Slovakian, so in the match against Ukraine I will fight for Slovakia and I will definitely do my best for our team to win the match. Who will my father cheer for? Of course, for us," Suslov said during yesterday's press conference.
