In the last 2023/2024 Ukrainian Under-19 Championship, Dynamo forward Matviy Ponomarenko became the top scorer in the youth competition with 24 goals.

As a result, Ponomarenko set a new record and topped the list of the best seasonal young scorers in the history of U-19 championships. According to the results of the last youth championship, Dmytro Godia (Veres) also stands out, scoring 12 goals, improving the club's record goal achievement in one season.
