On Sunday, June 23, the vacation for Dynamo Kyiv players ended. The players who are not involved in the national team participating in Euro 2024 in Germany gathered at the White and Blues' training base in Vita-Litovsk.
The usual jokes and talk of vacation that could be heard in the lobby of the main building of the base faded into the background as the White and Blues got to work.
The training session for the Dynamo players began in a modern gym, where the players, under the guidance of a physical training coach, performed a set of fitness exercises to stretch properly and minimize the likelihood of injury in the first days after coming back from vacation.
Already on the field, the players did some running work and also worked with the balls, focusing on combination play and passing with runs in a limited space.
In the coming days, the players will have to undergo a mandatory medical examination and work hard at the club's training facility. Preparations for the new season have started!
It should be noted that a total of 28 players took part in Dynamo's first training session.
