The players of Dynamo Kyiv are gradually gaining physical condition, preparing themselves for the hard work that awaits them during the foreign training camp. Almost every day, the players have two training sessions a day, despite the heat that has recently set in the capital.
On Thursday morning, the players worked out in the gym, bringing their muscles into maximum working condition, and in the evening they went straight to the training field.
The training session began with the head coach introducing the newcomer, Colombian Brian Ceballos, asking his teammates to help the Latin American in everything. And the defender immediately got to work.
After a light jog and fitness exercises, the players took up the balls. The main focus was on passing with active movements, and the coaching staff also organized interesting game competitions for the players. Divided into two teams, the players completed combinations with headers on goal at an active pace, as well as played on small goals without goalkeepers, which were practiced separately under the guidance of Mykhailo Mykhailov, and on four large goals with goalkeepers.
After actively entering the preparatory cycle, the players will have a certain respite - today the coaching staff has planned only one training session, giving the wards a semi-day off. But then the two-day work comes back again, and all the players take the proposed workloads with full responsibility, as they understand that the basis is being laid not only for the entire preparatory period, but also for the first half of the season.
