Vitaliy Mykolenko: "I could play, but I couldn't make jumps"

Ukraine defender Vitaliy Mykolenko spoke about his injury in the Euro 2024 match against Belgium.

"I was looking at the scoreboard from the 6th minute because it was honestly very difficult for me physically. After the second injury, it was a bit difficult for me. Back in the first half, I made a jerk or reached for the ball and felt something in my back. I could play, but I couldn't make any jumps. That is, I couldn't make a difference in the attack, so I asked for a substitution so that Zinchenko could come on and help the team," Mykolenko was quoted as saying by Vzbirna.
