Former Dynamo forward Viktor Leonenko expressed his opinion on not being called up to the Ukrainian Olympic team.
Viktor Leonenko- You can take three age players to the Olympics. Why do you think Yarmolenko, Sydorchuk or Stepanenko are not in our application, is it Rotan's decision or the clubs'?
- Here you need to ask Rotan, he is a very experienced coach, he coached three teams at the same time. Maybe he doesn't like experienced players or there are stronger guys in their position. I think that Yarmolenko and Stepanenko should be replaced by younger players, even in the national team, where they still have to go to the Olympics. I'm sure that Brazhko is stronger than Stepanenko. Taras has an advantage only in experience, but this quality is not particularly important now.
