As previously reported, in order to stay afloat, the troubled Dnipro-1 was ready to merge with one of the first league clubs. It was about merging with Zvyagel, which is in the sphere of interests of Zhytomyr Polesya, whose president Hennadiy Butkevich is a native of Dnipro and wanted to help his fellow countrymen.
But at the last moment this option of salvation fell away. Therefore, everything goes to the fact that in the coming days Dnipro will finalize the sale of their leading players and raise the white flag: Eduard Sarapiy wants to see the mentioned Polesie, and Denis Miroshnichenko and Vladimir Adamyuk - Lviv Karpaty.
Dnipro-1 executive director Andriy Rusol has been instructed by club bosses to sell players at a high price, while the management of Karpaty, where Rusol is soon going to be employed as general director, on the contrary, requires him not to overpay for Dnipro players. For example, Karpaty believe that Adamyuk is worth less than 100 thousand euros.
They are watching with interest the development of events in Dnipro-1 and in the Hungarian academy Puskás, which Dnipro will soon meet in the Conference League. If Dnipro go down early, the Hungarians will go further without even taking the field.
But these problems don't seem to bother those players who are still under contract with Dnipro-1 or whose agreement expired on June 30. They are concerned about one question: who and when will liquidate the salary arrears for the last five months. Nobody even remembers about bonuses for victories and other bonuses.
Скільки було пафосу, гравці, вболівальники повірили, а вони зірвали "куш", розпродали актив, а зараз здриснуть з України і кінці в воду....
