Former Ukraine forward Andriy Voronin spoke about the level of play and the result of the Blue and Yellows at Euro 2024: he was dissatisfied with the mood and motivation of the players in the game against Romania and noted that poor preparation could have contributed to this.

Consider that we have disgraced ourselves with the game and the result, especially in the second half, which we played weakly and without character. I think there was a lot of talk about the national team, a lot of expectations, people called this team the best in the history of Ukraine.
