Former goalkeeper Bohdan Shust, who recently joined the coaching staff of the youth team of Lviv Karpaty, answered the question how he felt about two famous goalkeepers - Oleksandr Shovkovskiy and Peter Schmeichel - in his childhood.
"I didn't have their posters on my wall, but they were really very high-quality goalkeepers. But this is a different era - modern goalkeepers are completely different, there are higher demands on them. Soccer is changing, goalkeepers are changing too. In the past era, Schmeichel and Shovkovskiy looked great," - Shust quotes the official website of Karpaty as saying.
