Chelsea have prepared a plan to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, TEAMtalk reports.
According to the source, the Neapolitan club wants to get 100 million euros for Osimhen. However, since Chelsea are not ready to spend this amount, the English club intends to include two players in the deal. Forward Romelu Lukaku and midfielder Cesare Casadei are on the list for transfer. The Londoners will also pay about 60 million euros.
