French President Emmanuel Macron reacted to the national team's defeat in the semifinals of Euro 2024 by Spain.
"They took us to the semifinals of this Euro and kept us excited until the last second. Thanks to the Blues. Congratulations to our Spanish friends," Macron wrote on his Twitter page.
As a reminder, the French national team lost to Spain with a score of 1-2 and ended its performance at the European Championship.
