UEFA has appointed referees for the first match of the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League between Dynamo Kyiv and Partizan Belgrade, which will take place on July 23 in Lublin, Poland.
All referees represent Germany. The referee in the field is Christian Dingert. On the lines he will be assisted by Christian Dietz and Nikolai Kimmeyer. The fourth referee: Florian Badstübner.
As for the main referee of the upcoming meeting, the 34-year-old Dingert has been officiating international matches since 2013, but he is rarely involved in them: he has worked only 33 such matches (total at club level and at national team level in competitions of all age categories).
Earlier this German referee has not officiated neither matches involving Dynamo Kyiv, nor matches with other Ukrainian teams (both at the club and national team levels).
Dingert can be called quite a loyal referee: he shows an average of 4 yellow cards per match, and he resorts to direct penalties in about every 9th match. On the other hand, the German awards penalties on average in every third match.
будемо сподіватися, бо після вчорашнього матчу про іншого німця - Цвайєра я таке не скажу.
