A new project to return Desna Chernihiv to the Ukrainian championship has emerged.
According to journalist Dmytro Venkov, a group of enthusiastic investors has emerged who want to revive the club of that name. They plan to buy the first-league Dinaz, whose director is former Desna midfielder Serhiy Starenkyi. Oleksandr Ryabokon may lead the team.
