Maksym Tretyakov: "There are very few people left at Dnipro-1, just a few players"

Maksym Tretyakov, now a former Dnipro-1 midfielder who recently joined Kolos Kovaliv, spoke about the difficult situation at the Dnipro club.

"There are very few people left at the base, just a few players. It was very sad to watch and sad to leave. I wanted to start the season in my hometown team, but it's the way it is...

As for the future, I don't know, we can only watch from the outside what will happen next. I hope that everything will change for the better and that there will be football in Dnipro.

My transfer to Kolos? It was an early termination of the contract. The issue of debts is still in a high state. I am pleased that we managed to reach an agreement with Kolos. I know a lot of guys here, so there were no problems with moving and adaptation.

I negotiated with Vitalii Lysytskyi (Kolos sporting director - ed.). Zhenya Konoplyanka and Roman Zozulya also helped me in the process.

Why Kolos? Not far from Kyiv, great infrastructure, a new stadium, a gym, all the conditions for recovery after training and matches, a great base. It has everything you need for training, progress and football.

Another very important fact was that we used to play together with the same players: Tsurikov, Luchkevych, Demchenko, Bondarenko, Kharatyn and others. That is, there are enough acquaintances among the players and the coaching staff," the telegram channel Dnipryanyn quoted Tretyakov as saying.
