The second week of Dynamo Kyiv's training camp in Austria has begun. During the first week, Oleksandr Shovkovskyi's team played three control matches (against Paderborn - 0:0, Schalke - 2:2, and Brondby - 4:0), holding two training sessions on non-match days.
Last Monday began with individual work and a morning theory session for the team. The team has already begun direct preparations for the start of the season - the second qualifying round of the Champions League against Serbian Partizan, the first of which will take place in a week.
In the evening, the Dynamo players held a practical training session on the football field of the sports center in Hochfilzen.
It began with a warm-up, during which the Dynamo players also performed exercises to strengthen their stabilizer muscles.
After the warm-up, Dynamo moved to the main field, where the main work began with holding exercises in the squares.
The players were also divided into four mini-teams that competed against each other in a mini-tournament. In the end, the team in green training bibs won.
Valentyn Morgun, Samba Diallo and Brian Ceballos returned to work in the general group. The latter two also did some additional running work.
On Tuesday, the team has a similar work schedule: a theoretical session in the morning and training on the football field in the evening.
