According to The Athletic, Chelsea intends to intercept the 22-year-old from the Catalan club. Initially, the Blues considered his clause of 60 million euros too high, but after the winger's stunning success at Euro 2024, the London club reconsidered its position.
Nevertheless, it is known that Williams prefers to stay in Spain and is inclined to accept Barcelona's offer.
