Former Tottenham midfielder Rafael van der Wart has criticized Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice for his performances at Euro 2024 as part of the England national team.
"100 million euros for Declan Rice. What does he do on the field? He comes to take the ball and then give it back to John Stones. He did not bring any benefit to the national team. If you are really worth 100 million euros, then you should be able to move the ball forward," NOS quoted van der Wart as saying.
