"UAF is waiting for UEFA's decision on Dnipro-1" - journalist

As previously reported, the clubs and the Premier League are preparing an appeal to the UAF Certification Committee to revoke the certificate issued to Dnipro-1 in the spring of this year.

But "the UAF is in no hurry to unilaterally begin the process of eliminating Dnipro-1 from the structure of professional football in Ukraine. The UAF is waiting for UEFA's position. Before the start of the 2024/2025 European Cup season, UEFA also tested participants and potential participants in European competitions. "Only six clubs received a ban from UEFA - three from Luxembourg, one from Albania, Latvia and Slovenia. From Ukraine, all potential participants in the European Cups have passed the certification.

Pushkash Academy, Dnipro-1's first opponent in the Conference League, has already approached Dnipro-1 about organizational issues regarding the first (away to Hungary) match. There was no response. Therefore, the Hungarian club informed the UAF that it would appeal to UEFA about the uncertainty of the organizational aspects of the match, which is scheduled for July 25. Therefore, the UAF is simply awaiting a verdict from UEFA. If UEFA revokes its certificate, the UAF will do the same.
