Oleksiy Sych, the defender of the Ukrainian Olympic team and Rukh Lviv, shared his impressions of the preparation for the Summer Games and the 2:2 sparring match with Paraguay.
- "It so happened that the club didn't want to let me go at first, so I'm glad to see everyone. It's nice to be in the national team. We have a very good team, so my emotions are very positive. So far, I have not understood what the Olympic Games are. This is a tournament that not everyone is lucky enough to take part in. Later, when the Games start, I think something will click. As a child, I could not imagine that I would compete at the Olympics. Our participation in it is a good indicator that both I and the team are moving in the right direction," said Oleksiy.
