Croatian Hajduk announced on its official website that it has signed a contract with Saudi Arabian Al Shabab midfielder Ivan Rakitic.
The parties signed a one-year agreement with an option to extend the cooperation for another season. Interestingly, the 36-year-old footballer has never played at the club level in his homeland before.
Last season, Rakitic played eight matches for Al Shabab, scoring one goal and making one assist.
