On July 12, Poltava Vorskla president Roman Chernyak publicly announced that the club had applied to the Poltava city council with a request to transfer the city's main sports arena - the Vorskla stadium named after Oleksiy Butovskyy - from the balance of the Poltava territorial community to the ownership of the soccer club.

It is planned to demolish the existing structure and build a new stadium for about 8,500 seats in its place. Parking, commercial premises and a business center are envisaged.
It should be noted that now the stadium "Vorskla" named after Oleksiy Butovskiy, which was opened in the 1950s, seats about 24,795 spectators.
