From the very beginning, the organizers were determined to have a "final four" to replace Dnipro-1. The clubs' vote is a tribute to necessity. They voted because they had to. But the result, as we can see, was not taken into account. As soon as it became known that Dnipro-1 would not play, the organizers' priority idea was the Final Four. Three teams immediately agreed to it, one did not, but they decided to "push" it through. Minaj was not "humble," as the UAF hoped, but he could not do much.
