Compared to the match against Banika the day before yesterday, the White and Blues coaching staff completely changed the starting lineup. From the very first minutes, Dynamo tried to pinch their opponents in the other half of the field, but they played a solid defense. Despite the territorial and game advantage of the White and Blues, the first truly dangerous moment was created by Slovan players, who shook the goal crossbar with a shot from the penalty area.

Dynamo responded with Korobov's free kick from 25 meters out, but it did not pose much danger. Gerich also headed in a corner kick, but hit the goalkeeper's hands, and Bilyi's shot from outside the penalty area was not accurate. Redushko had a great opportunity to open the scoring when he closed the ball from the right flank, but, reaching for the ball in flight, he headed it from outside the goalkeeper's area near the post.

"The White and Blues were pressing, but in the 33rd minute the ball flew into their goal. Kolomiyets passed the ball back too far, Hudymenko processed the pass well, and as a result, the ball was picked up by a Slovan player who did not shoot from an acute angle but rolled it to his partner to hit the empty net - 0: 1.

Dynamo's opponents immediately had another chance, earning a free kick 20 meters from the goal, but the ball flew over the crossbar. Soon afterward, Ihor Kostiuk's team scored again. In the 37th minute, Osypenko brought Bilyi to the goal, David initially failed to get the ball past the goalkeeper, but he played on the rebound, but this time his shot from a sharp angle was blocked by the defender. However, the ball bounced conveniently onto Shevchenko's foot, who scored a powerful shot under the crossbar from the goal line - 1:1.

Just before the break, Kyiv took the lead. Shevchenko broke through on the right flank to the front, rolled to the center, from where Redushko touched the ball into the net - 2: 1.

While the first half was rich in chances and goals, the teams were not as active after the break. Dynamo managed to create a truly dangerous moment in the 68th minute, when, after a cross from the right flank, Gerich made a header in the box, but the goalkeeper made an incredible save, parrying the ball into the post, from which it flew into the field.

In the 79th minute, the White and Blues increased their lead. Andriyko broke through on the left flank, rolled to the 11-meter mark, from where Lucin touched the ball into the net - 3: 1. After that, Dynamo calmed down the game, but even with this course of events on the field, they brought the score to a crushing one. After a corner kick from the left flank, Salenko did not reach the ball, and Kremchanin, left unattended, closed the far post with his head - 4: 1.

Thus, Dynamo ranks first in its group with six points and will meet the second-place team in Group B in the semifinals of the tournament. This match will take place on Friday, July 26, and will start at 17:00 Kyiv time.
