Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite is not going to extend his contract with the Merseyside club, the Daily Mail reports.
According to a source, the Toffees' bosses managed to discourage MU's interest in Brentwaite. Now the club is determined to extend the player's contract. However, the player himself is in no hurry to accept the new terms, as MU offered him a salary of 160 thousand pounds per week. At Everton, he still receives 70 thousand pounds.
It should be added that Jarrad Brentwaite's current deal with Everton runs until the summer of 2027.
