Manchester City and Norway striker Erling Holland has spoken about the players' overloaded schedules.
"At Euro 2024, we could all see how tired the players were. You could see the level of football, you could see the faces of the players, how tired they were of football, so to speak.
I think it will be the same in the new season. Maybe not from the very beginning, although some of them didn't have a long vacation. Now we are moving in this direction. I don't think we can be fit in every game. It's hard to be fit when you play more than 70 games a year," The Independent quoted Holland as saying.
