The friendly match between Dürren and Bayern Munich (1:1) ended in an unpleasant event for the Munich team.
According to Bild, Bayern's summer newcomer Hiroki Ito was injured in one of the game's episodes and was unable to continue the match. As it turned out later, the Japanese broke his metatarsal bone. Max Eberle, the Munich club's director, confirmed that the 25-year-old will not return to the field soon.
Ito only moved from Stuttgart this summer. His transfer cost Bayern 24 million euros.
